Do you have insurance?

Yes, all our bouncy castles come with public liability insurance.

Can I set up the bouncy castle? 

Unfortunately we cannot allow our customers to set up the bouncy castle. We must perform safety checks and ensure the unit is properly inflated.

How much room do I need?

You must have enough space for the bouncy castle. We recommend that you leave at least an additional 2ft of space at either side to allow for movement, as well as 5ft at the back for any wiring and for the inflator / fan.

What should I do to prepare for the bouncy castle?

You should clear the area that the unit will be positioned, ensuring it is free of any sharp stones, animal mess or any other objects that could dirty or damage the castle.

Can I put the bouncy castle on a slope?

You should be able to put a bouncy castle on a small slope, but will not be able to do so on a steep slope. If you have any concerns, call us and we will advise further.

Can I put my bouncy castle up indoors?

If you plan to put a bouncy castle up indoors or in a venue, please discuss this with our bouncy castle hire team before the date of the hire.

Can I charge people to use your bouncy castle / bouncy slide / bungee run?

Providing you have sought necessary permits, you can charge people to use our products.

What do I do if it's raining?

Many of our bouncy castles come with rain covers, and we will bring these along on the day of hire and will attach them if required. Inflators and fans must be protected from the rain.

The fan has broken - what do I do?

Get everyone off the bouncy castle immediately and turn the power off at the wall. Then call us without delay.

Can you deliver bouncy castles outside of Stoke-on-Trent?

We also operate around Staffordshire and Cheshire. Please contact us if you wish to hire a bouncy castle for anywhere further afield.

Can I arrange an overnight hire?

We will try to be as accommodating as possible but we usually cannot offer overnight bouncy castle hire. Please contact us and we will do what we can to help you out.
